Superpayphone provides the hearing impaired and hard of hearing with the main telecommunication services available to them, such us:

VRS: Video Relay Service is accessible FREE OF CHARGE through COMMUNICATION SERVICES FOR THE DEAF operators. In order to access CSD VRS, press the VRS button located on the left side of the numeric keypad or, using the mouse ball, click on the VRS icon located on the screen.

You will be immediately connected!

TTY: Access this service by lifting the handset and pressing the TTY button located on the left side of the numeric keypad or using the mouse ball and clicking on the TTY icon on the screen. Upon selecting this feature, please insert your credit card, ATM / debit card or Superpayphone calling card into the slot located into the bottom part of the unit, wait for authorization and then insert the number you wish to call.

TRS: Access this FREE OF CHARGE service by lifting the handset and, using the mouse ball, clicking on the TRS icon on the screen... Upon selecting this feature please insert your credit card, ATM / debit card or Superpayphone Calling Card into the slot located into the bottom part of the unit, wait for authorization, select your language and then insert the number you wish to dial. ENJOY!

TRADITIONAL SERVICES:

PHONE CALLS: you can use Superpayphone to dial a regular phone call as any other payphone. Access this service by lifting the handset and pressing the PHONE CALL button located on the left side of the numeric keypad or, using the mouse ball, click on the PHONE CALL icon on the screen. Upon selecting this feature please insert your credit card, ATM / debit card or Superpayphone calling card into the slot located into the bottom part of the unit, wait for authorization and then dial the number you wish to reach;

PLEASE NOTE: when ready to dial out remember to press the CALL! button. Our unit works as a cellular phone; if you don’t press the CALL! button when you are ready to dial the number, the call will NOT go through!

VIDEO CALLS: you can call any video number or IP address connected to a videophone or videoconference system anywhere in the world. Access this service by lifting the handset and pressing the VIDEO CALL button located on the left side of the numeric keypad or, using the mouse ball, click on the VIDEO CALL icon on the screen. Upon selecting this feature please insert your credit card, ATM / debit card or Superpayphone calling card into the slot located into the bottom part of the unit, wait for authorization and then dial the number you wish to reach. .

PLEASE NOTE: If you are entering an IP address (i.e. 12.345.678.90) and you need to  enter the DOT SIGNS  ( . ) between one group of numbers and the others you can either use the star (*) button located on the numeric keypad or you can simply use the DOT  BUTTON ( . )  located on the keyboard.

PLEASE NOTE: when you are ready to dial out remember to press the CALL button. Our unit works as a cellular phone; if you don’t press the CALL button, when ready to dial the video number or IP address, the call will NOT go through!
